The AutoAssign Lite plugin in Lender Toolkit’s PowerTools™ Expert Tier is the time and effort saving utility that automatically assigns users to milestone roles in Encompass^® based upon criteria that is predefined by you. This plugin supports both the Encompass^® API and the SDK.

You can now save the time of having to figure out who to assign the loan file to and performing the action of assigning the user to the loan file. Just assigning the user to a loan will shave off a minute per loan file, but not having to figure out who is assigned to the loan file could potentially save you up to an hour per user assignment.
